Study ranks walkability in America's largest metros
Despite its beautiful setting in the Rockies, Denver ranks middle of the pack in a George Washington University study for walkability in metropolitan areas. Caitlin Hendee of the Denver Business Journal writes that it is Denver’s car-oriented layout that’s hurting its score, and that efforts to make Denver more walkable should begin.
