Developer forced to demolish $1.8M home
A Rhode Island developer was ordered to remove a $1.8 million home it built on land owned by the Rose Nulman Park Foundation. A HousingWire article indicates that the error was discovered when developer Four Twenty Corp.’s prospective buyers had the land surveyed.
