Year-over-year inventory increases by 15.4 percent

Housing blog Movoto reports that that there were 104,157 homes on the market last month compared to 90,264 the year before. Among major cities, Chicago remains one of the most affordable with an average $184 per square foot, while San Francisco is the most expensive at $720 per square foot.
