U.S. bill-paying delinquency rates lowest since 1990
Wall Street Journal blogger Eric Morath reports that Americans are now paying their bills on time at a historically high rate. The timely payments are a double-edged sword, though, because while it means more households have their finances in order, it also shows consumers remain risk-averse and reluctant to beef up their spending.
