Optimism among home builders as housing market index increases

According to the Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch, Wells Fargo and the NAHB reported that the overall builder housing market index rose four points to 53 in July, the highest in 6 months, showing that builders are generally optimistic about sales trends.
