USDA helps Nebraskans become homeowners

Lincoln, Nebraska's Journal Star reports that the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Single Family Housing direct loan program has helped a record 1,299 Nebraskans purchase a home in fiscal year 2013.
