Markets where autumn is springtime for housing

As many people who work in the housing market know, numbers of home searches in September and October combined usually fall below other months. But Trulia’s chief economist Jed Kolko shares a list of the ten metro areas where home searches remain the same or only fall slightly, and then offers a list of ten verdant and mountainous housing markets where there is hot activity from house hunters during this season.
