The NAR’s Economists’s Outlook blog delves deep into reports on national trends from FHFA and Case-Shiller to examine trends on a regional level.
Among the things the NAR found include robust home price gains in the West despite the region’s biggest drop in growth rate. Furthermore, year over year prices in June 2014 rose 9.4 percent in the Paciic division which includes Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California.
