Take a look at the Philippe Starck-designed prefabricated house

Designboom showcases P.A.T.H., a prefab house designed by architect and designer Philippe Starck.

P.A.T.H.’s design allows for 34 possible permutations and a quick design and construction process. A two-story version has been built in Montfort l’Amaury, near Paris. The modular components include a range of different floor plans, facades, roof types, finishes, fixtures, and lighting options. Slovenian construction specialist Riko helped ensure the homes maintain a commitment to ecologically conscious design, with potential integration of photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, rainwater collection, and heat pumps.
