Ohio had the most cities in the top 12 markets with fastest home price appreciation, a total of five: Columbus, Cincinnati-Middletown, Akron, Dayton, and Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor. Other cities on the list include Honolulu, Hawaii, and Lancaster, Penn.
