Experts Optimistic About New-Home Development in 2015

Real estate experts met at a symposium held at Barclay’s New York City headquarters to discuss the growing optimism about land development for new-home construction in 2015.

According to Zillow Real Estate Research, experts in the real estate industry are optimistic about new-home construction in the coming year due to the state of the land market. Rather than choosing a piece of land based on its location, buyers are more interested in the future of the location, especially since developable tracts of land have led to a rise in appreciation.
