How Denver’s Housing Market Got So Hot

Scarce inventory and a “severe lack of skilled labor” are two things that caused Denver’s housing market to get so overheated, the Colorado Public Radio reports.

Despite the economic recovery, workers haven’t come back, and their absence has caused many delays in construction, as well as a tight market for buyers.
