Current Price Climb Isn’t a Bubble, Housing Expert Says

The accelerated pace of price growth has caused some speculation that housing is headed for a bubble, but Realtor.com Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke disagrees.

According to Smoke, the price growth is what happens when demand increases faster than supply. He adds that the level of the current price appreciation does not approach bubble proportions.
