Phoenix is the best city to retire to in 2015, according to a rating by Bankrate.com.
The finance content publisher factored in weather, crime rate, cost of living, healthcare quality, tax burden, walkability, and personal well-being for seniors to choose the 10 best cities out of 172 to retire to.
Arlington, Va., and Prescott, Ariz., complete the top three list. Meanwhile the cities of New York, Little Rock, Ark., New Haven, Conn., Buffalo, N.Y., and Newark, N.J., were the worst five cities to retire.
