Luxury-home construction is experiencing a renaissance throughout the Las Vegas valley, Vegas Inc. reports.
“It’s not booming, but the increase reflects rising wealth among the already-wealthy, easier lending, a dearth of bargain-priced resales and confidence that Las Vegas’ luxury-housing market won’t tank again,” writes Vegas Inc reporter Eli Segall.
