RealtyTrac and Down Payment Resource reviewed 370 counties to determine which were affordable and don’t require a large down payment on a home. The most affordable counties include Ashtabula, Ohio; Imperial, Calif.; Hernando, Fla.; Clayton, Ga.; and Lackawanna, Penn.
