Rents Continue Their Steep Climb

The most expensive cities in the U.S. continue to see some of the biggest increases in rent prices, Realtor.com reports.

Effective rents grew on average by 3.6 percent during the second quarter. The biggest increases are seen in hot technology markets such as San Jose, Calif., San Francisco, and Denver.
