Residents of Colorado condo development Residences Viceroy Snowmass can now enjoy some “forest therapy,” Realtor.com reports.

“Forest therapy, based on the Japanese wellness phenomenon shinrin yoku (or “forest bathing”), includes “gentle, guided walks that support well-being through sensory immersion in forests and other naturally healing environments,” the article says.
