Slate Dubs San Antonio’s New Renewable Energy Model as ‘Brilliant’

Sustainability-driven homeowners in San Francisco can now get power companies to pay them to put up solar panels, Slate reports.

“Last week CPS Energy said it would offer residents cash—in the form of monthly credits on their electricity bills—if they would just agree to let a third party put solar panels on their roofs,” the article says.
