The 10 Most Affordable Cities for Millennial Homebuyers

The average Millennial in Buffalo, N.Y., would be able to pay off their mortgage in 107.4 months, or 8.95 years, making it the most affordable city for Millennial homebuyers, Credit Karma reports.

The amount comes after calculating the average salary a Millennial worker will make annually in a city, as well as the current average dollar amount for a mortgage in the same area.

Detroit, Cleveland, Toledo, and Pittsburgh round up the top five, showing a trend in Rust Belt cities.
