Hot Housing Markets for Foreign Buyers That Aren’t Seattle or Miami

A study by Realtor.com found that Anchorage, Alaska, is attracting buyers not just from neighboring Canada, but also Germany, Australia, the U.K., and Korea.

In the process of finding which 20 U.S. markets have the most foreign demand, Realtor.com “discovered some places you wouldn’t normally think of as international hot spots. Or national ones, for that matter,” the article says.

Miami, for example, isn’t the only hot spot in Florida for Latin American buyers. So are Orlando, Naples, Cape Coral, Lakeland, and Tampa.
