Home Prices Rise in All States

According to HousingWire, home prices rose in all 50 states, though nationally the rise was just marginal.

“Home prices barely increased, growing 0.1 percent for the month and 5.5 percent on a year-over-year basis from one year ago, according to the September house price index from Black Knight Financial Services,” HousingWire reports.
