Home Improvements Lead To Gains In Residential Construction
According to NAHB analysis of Census Construction Spending data, private residential construction spending for July rose to a seasonally adjusted rate of $445.5 billion.
The monthly gains are in tandem with the growth of private construction spending, which improved to a seasonally adjusted rate of $147.5 billion in July.
