Woodstalk fiberboard panels combine wheat-straw fiber with a polyurethane binder. The resulting composite is formed, pressed and then trimmed to the desired size. It can be used in place of particleboard, medium-density fiberboard, oriented strand board or plywood. Applications include floor underlayment, counters, cabinets, shelving and door cores.
