Instead of an F-clamp screw operation that moves the jaws slowly, the Quick-Jaw PowerCam clamp has a lever handle that moves forward in one activation for maximum (more than 1/4-ton) clamping force. A cam-style ratchet gear mechanism provides control ranging from incremental jaw movements to maximum clamping pressure. The clamp comes in 6- and 12-inch lengths, and its nonmarring, 2 1/2-inch pads include a V-groove for round stock.
