Homebuyers to start breaking even in 2017

The housing market will continue to recover for at least three more years as the rate of home value appreciation starts to taper off, according to a Zillow blog. Zillow’s chief economist Stan Humphries estimates that homeowners who purchased homes around 2006 will break even by 2017 or later.
