Homeowners Sense of Home Value Shifted, Study Finds

A study found that homeowners today have a broader perspective about their properties' value, RISMedia reports.

The prior emphasis was on square footage and amenities, but today’s buyer also includes how the property will meet their family's needs now and in the future.

Millennials surveyed said that a home that has less of an impact on the environment is also part of the home’s value.
