For the luxury homebuyer, a home spa can be a great allure, especially if they love to relax and entertain. The Wall Street Journal gets an inside look of some of the most decadent home spas in the country.
One household in The Hamptons converted their garage into a 650-square-foot spa with a sauna and steam room, complete with a main area with pine walls and a wood burning fire wall.
The home spa of children’s book author Patti Wheeler in Snowmass, Colo., has a “steam shower for about 10 people, a vitamin D infusion booth, a chromotherapy tub whose water turns an array of colors, and equipment for microcurrent, microderm, and oxygen facials.”
