The Las Vegas Review-Journal documents over two decades of the master planned community Summerlin and its influence on the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area.

Its bike paths, desert landscaping, and attention to details such as the height of its restaurant signs are just a few of the things that make the community stand out. “The community became a yardstick for all Las Vegas builders,” Dennis Smith, president and CEO of Home Builders Research, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
