Arizona-based home builder Ripson Homes is offering potential homeowners the chance of a lifetime, promising them they won’t have to make any home-loan payments for one year if they buy before Christmas.

The deal applies to models in Ripson’s Sonoran Acres community, which range in size from 2,200 to 3,700 square feet. As long as buyers purchase a home—starting at $265,000—before December 25, Ripson will make all loan payments for the first 12 months.
