Tens of thousands of residential construction industry professionals will travel to the Builders’ Show in 2023 to see new products, participate in education sessions and find out about the latest trends in home building. And when the show floor closes each day, the networking—and fun—shift into a higher gear.

Kick off IBS 2023 and Design & Construction Week (DCW) at the DCW Opening Ceremonies Powered by Wells Fargo at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31. The Opening Ceremonies will feature Mike Rowe from the hit TV show Dirty Jobs.

As the country’s leading advocate for skilled labor and the CEO of the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, Rowe’s mission is to debunk misperceptions about the skilled trades. His foundation has granted millions of dollars in scholarships to worthy individuals who appreciate the importance of a strong work ethic, personal responsibility and a positive attitude.

On Tuesday night, attendees will celebrate the end of Day One at the IBS House Party at Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub. This networking event is already sold out.

The week’s hottest event for professionals under 40 is the IBS Young Pro Party on Wednesday, Feb. 1, starting at 8 p.m. Head to DawgHouse Saloon to keep the momentum going and to socialize, connect and make new friends and business contacts. Enjoy live music, sports betting, craft beers and creative cocktails alongside crave-worthy culinary creations with a Southern twist. This is another popular event that sells out fast, so be sure to get your tickets early.

Live entertainment at the International Builder's Show

When the business of the week ends and all you wanna to do is have some fun, make your way to the DCW Closing Concert on Thursday, Feb. 2. A live performance by Sheryl Crow is not to be missed—you’ll hear huge hit songs, fan favorites, tales from a rock and roll life, and an absolutely killer band.

Get there early and grab a drink. Doors open at 5 p.m. and Sheryl Crow takes the stage at 6 p.m. Get your tickets now for this amazing event.

Every day of the show will offer opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals at one of the six IBS Centrals: Remodelers, Multifamily, Custom Building, 55+, Sales and Design. Most of these Centrals host a reception after the first or second day of the show.

Come to IBS 2023 at the Las Vegas Convention Center to find the real ideas and solutions you need to grow and strengthen your business. But be sure to enjoy all of the other special happenings that make IBS the Essential Industry Experience.
