The Winter 2015 Edition of Arch Mortgage Insurance Company’s Housing and Mortgage Market Review named the housing markets that will be most affected by the recent plummet in oil prices, which usually takes two years to see.
 
HousingWire reported that the riskiest states most likely to see a drop in home prices include North Dakota, Louisiana, and Alaska, among others.
