HorizonTV this week features expert insight from NAHB and HBI leadership on the history and the future of construction’s skilled labor shortage and information on a new online sales counselor training program from Group Two.

"As you enter a new student into the industry, it may take three new students to do the work of one journeyman, one carpenter that's been there for 35 years, and so production is going to go down before it goes up, even with a new influx," says HBI President Ed Brady.

And Alexis Udine, director of online sales coaching at Group Two, shares how her training program sets online sales consultants up for success in 90 days.
