This article first appeared in the PB March 2015 issue of Pro Builder.

Johns Manville has launched its re-engineered JM Spider Plus Blow-in Insulation, which replaces the company’s JM Spider spray-in fiberglass insulation. Designed for installation by professionals using a blowing wool machine, the insulation features Interlocking Fiber Technology to allow the fibers to spring and lock into cavities without assistance from adhesive or netting. According to the manufacturer, the insulation dries quickly, offers easy clean-up, and creates minimal dust.
