Receipt of incentive is predicated upon Buyer executing Seller’s purchase agreement on or before 1/31/2009 is contingent upon close of escrow, and may not be paid to buyer in cash or used to satisfy any earnest money, down payment or other deposit requirement.
**Payment of the $5,000 referral fee is contingent upon (i) Seller receiving a completed referral card on the referred party’s first visit to community between 1/09/2009 and 1/31/2009; (ii) the referred party’s close of escrow and (iii) Seller receiving an IRS Form W-9 from the referring party. The referral fee is subject to State and Federal income tax and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the referring party. The referral fee is only available at participating neighborhoods. Not valid with any other offer, special or broker commission.
