The Bright Stik LED from GE offers a 15,000-hour rated life and, the manufacturer says, lasts 50 percent longer and uses 20 percent less energy than compact fluorescent bulbs, and lasts 15 times longer and uses 80 percent less energy than incandescent/halogen bulbs. The Bright Stik is available with a CRI rating of 80 and a color temperature of 2,850K, and contains no lead or mercury. It comes with a three-year limited warranty and stores sell it in three packs for less than $4 per bulb.
