With more than 28,000 new home sales last year, the builders and developers behind John Burns Real Estate Consulting's ranking of the 50 best-selling master planned communities (MPCs) offer examples of success.
Considering 10 regions, JBREC's consultants offer highlights from each to builders, ranked from strongest to weakest from its January 2019 ranking, based on new-home sales, pricing strength, job growth, and other economic factors. The Southwest ranked at the top, and even though there were no qualifying MPCs in the Midwest, Southern California's five best-selling MPCs came in 10th.
Principal consultant Ken Perlman, observes, “Stapleton really embraces what is great about Denver—outdoor living and a healthy lifestyle.
