A California contractor renovates a midcentury modern home in San Jose, Calif., to give it 21st century updates while staying true to the Eichler aesthetic.
The home in question was bought by contractor Jack Myers for $970,000, and after a little bit of magic, it is back on the market for $1,298,000. Improvements include minor rearrangement of the layout, all-new stainless steel appliances by Bosch, a white quartz countertop, and LED overhead lighting.
