Midwest confidence picked up in the summer, but dips as winter looms

According to the Zillow Housing Confidence Index, strong assessment of current market conditions among both renters and owners boosted confidence in the Midwest.

Confidence rose across the board in Detroit, with Detroit millennials more likely than other generations to believe in the financial and social benefits of homeownership. Minneapolis also experienced improvements in confidence, moving sharply upwards among renters.
