Minnesota Amish family taken to court for failing to install sewage system

Denied a building permit, the family claims they've lived without a sewage system for years.

An Amish family in Fillmore County, Minn., must defend itself in court after failing to install a sewage system for their house. The family was not granted a building permit as a result. The family says they've lived in the area for 38 years without a system and without legal problems.
