The Builders' Show Centrals are exciting places where attendees can find like-minded professionals looking to refine their skills, explore exciting new ideas and learn from top industry experts. Geared toward niche markets, the Centrals offer excellent educational programming and opportunities to grab a snack while taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the Show.

The Centrals serve these key niche markets:

55+ HOUSING (LVCC W308)
The 55+ Housing Central is the perfect place for those looking to learn more about this fast-growing market segment. It features workshops, networking events and dynamic roundtable discussions.

CUSTOM BUILDING (LVCC W209)
This is the place for those who want to stay on the leading edge of high-end custom home building. If you’re a custom builder, then the Custom Building Central is the place to network and enjoy educational programs on best practices in business management and construction.

DESIGN (LVCC W213)
The highlight of the Design Central is plan reviews, where attendees can engage in a 30-minute, one-on-one meeting with a design professional to discuss a pending project. The Design Central also offers fast-paced, 30-minute design education sessions featuring leading speakers from around the country.

INTERNATIONAL (LVCC Outside N251)
The International Central offers Builders’ Show visitors from outside of the United States a place to grab a complimentary coffee or tea and charge their cell phones.

MULTIFAMILY (LVCC W310)
Attendees working in the multifamily sector can enjoy educational programs on the latest building products, services, trends and ideas in the Multifamily Central. Take advantage of the opportunity to network with executives and learn from their experiences.

REMODELING (LVCC W212)
If you’re a remodeler, then the Remodeling Central, which features outstanding education programming led by top professionals, should be part of your IBS plans. Learn how to grow your business, support your workforce and deliver exceptional projects.

SALES (LVCC W311)
This is the place to share ideas about sales and marketing strategies with other industry professionals. The Sales Central’s education programs include a focus on proven techniques from the industry’s leading experts.

All IBS registrants are welcome to visit the Centrals. Most of the Centrals host a reception after the first or second day of the Show. Check the IBS calendar for more details about all of the Centrals.

Several other NAHB communities will host lounges and other spaces for their respective groups:

NAHB’s Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council seeks to expand opportunities for women in the residential construction industry. The PWB Headquarters (LVCC N261) is one of the most popular places during the Builders’ Show.
• The Production Builder Executive Club (LVCC N257) hosts an exclusive space for director-level positions and above from the top 250 U.S. single-family builders. Please note, entry to this club is by invitation only.
• The Building Systems Councils’ lounge (LVCC N242) features learning opportunities and networking events on the versatility of engineered prefabricated structural systems for residential construction.
• The Young Professionals Landing Zone at NAHB HQ offers opportunities for members to learn, make new connections and find their community. NAHB HQ is in the Central Hall Grand Lobby, just outside Hall C1.
