Two awards programs from the National Association of Home Builders—Best in American Living Awards (BALA) and Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards—will soon be closing their applications process, and NAHB is announcing a last call for entries.

Every year, BALA recognizes the industry’s most creative residential construction industry professionals, while the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards highlight innovative development concepts, financing strategies, design achievements, and the best of management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace, NAHB says.

This year, the BALA program is celebrating its significant 40-year milestone by showcasing memorable trends and award-winning projects, as well as celebrating its esteemed BALA Hall of Fame inductees who helped set the stage for today’s design creativity and innovation.

The deadline to apply for each program is Aug. 28. Click here to send in your top projects.
