Located in the heart of the IBS Outdoor Exhibits behind the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, Show Village 2022 will feature a variety of new and novel products and experiences for you to check out.

An “Immersive Home Experience,” presenting photorealistic online tours of two homes that reflect current consumer lifestyle wants and needs will pull you in as you immerse yourself in technology tools that help you see the future of home building.

Two “live” model homes showcasing the balance between popular architectural styles and cost-efficient building practices — available for self-tours — will put you inside the product, allowing you to touch and feel for yourself the hottest new products on the market that you can bring back to your customers.

Show Village how-to demonstrations

Scheduled how-to demonstrations of critical construction performance details by skilled craftspeople and building science experts will give you in-the-field education by the best in the game.

There will be keynote panel discussions about Build to Rent, Off-Site Construction, Operational Excellence, innovative new products, and more, and the Exhibitor Pavilions will feature products and services from leading manufacturers.

“Pro Builder Show Village 2022 is unique for the number and variety of ways IBS attendees can interact with it and each other,” says Tony Mancini, Group Director of SGC Horizon, publisher of Pro Builder Media. “We’re proud to be back at IBS and encourage builders, design professionals and exhibitors to make Show Village a ‘must-see’ part of their Builders’ Show experience.”

Continuing a tradition of providing innovative model homes for self-tours, Pro Builder Show Village 2022 will showcase the Genesis model, a 1,909-square-foot, single-level home from Skyline/Champion (upper) and Domino V, a 2,308-square-foot, gull-winged design from Domino Prefab, a division of Franklin Structures (lower). Both homes exemplify the balance between popular housing styles and cost-efficient home production.
