The National Association of Home Builders Legal Action Fund supports state and local associations and builders in lawsuits involving matters of significance to the housing industry. From 1994 to 2003, the NAHB made 204 grants, totalling $2 million. The NAHB also wrote 60 friend-of-the-court briefs on behalf of state and local builder associations.
