NAHB Leading Suppliers Council Names Spark Award Recipients
With the goal of recognizing product innovation in the home building industry, the National Association of Home Builders’ Leading Suppliers Council (LSC) recently announced winners of the 2026 LSC Spark Award.
Each year, the Spark Award highlights LSC members that demonstrate a commitment to elevating the home building industry through standout products and services. TYPAR was selected this year for the 2026 Spark Award trophy and certificate for its TYPAR Clear Flashing Tape.
The award program also recognizes two runners-up, which include Midea for its Evox G3 Xtreme heat pump system and Leviton for its Decora Evolve modular switch and outlet system. Both runners-up will receive Spark Award certificates as well.

The winners will be formally celebrated during the Supplier’s Reception at The New American Home 2026 in Orlando, Fla., on Sunday, Feb. 15. While this year’s awards are closed, the 2027 Spark Award will reopen for applications on June 1, 2026.
