Music City has become a fast-growing economy, fueled by employment opportunities in the healthcare industry and big corporations including Kroger, NissanRandstadt, and the popular chain of diners, Shoney’s. Zillow reports that home appreciation in Nashville is expected to surge this year by 4.3 percent, while incomes recently grew by 1.1 percent and unemployment is a healthy 4 percent. The city is followed in market hotness by Seattle; Provo, Utah; and Orlando.
