The New American Remodel Approaches its IBSx Debut

“It’s always so fulfilling to see the home come to life, especially in a home like this that has so many innovative features.”

Finishing touches are underway for the remodeled show home that will be part of the 2021 IBSx Virtual Experience, Feb. 9 through Feb. 12.

The home, originally built in 1973, will boast a total of 5,474 square feet when finished with six bedrooms, six and half baths, a showroom two-car garage, pool, wine room, and a courtyard with numerous indoor-outdoor living features.

“This has been the most fun part of the project, when everything really comes together,” said Rob Smith, owner of E2 Homes, which oversaw the project. “It’s always so fulfilling to see the home come to life, especially in a home like this that has so many innovative features.”

Virtual tours for The New American Remodel 2021 and its counterpart, The New American Home, will be hosted for all IBSx attendees throughout the show.
