The newest addition to the Thermador Professional Series of appliances combines the benefits of steam cooking with traditional true convection baking in one appliance. Forty EasyCook automatic food programs are included, as well as 10 advanced cooking modes, a meat probe, and a cookbook with more than 80 recipes. The oven itself features a 43-ounce water reservoir and a 1.4-cubic-foot cavity. A full-text user interface is featured.
