Fire Stopper

OSB sheathing is designed to slow down or block the progress of fire in residential and commercial buildings. LP Building Products’ LP FlameBlock features a thin coating of non-toxic magnesium oxide cement and fiberglass, which provides burn-through resistance nearly three times that of untreated wood panels. The panel carries a Class A Flame Spread Rating and is ICC-certified for common roof and wall designs in multi-family and commercial buildings.
