Modern Mills's Factory-Finished ACRE Trim and Siding is made from upcycled rice hulls and arrives pre-finished with ACRE’s PPG Proluxe stain, skipping the on-site staining or painting step entirely. The material comes in seven finish options and in a range of profiles, including shiplap, nickel gap, V-groove, and trim. 

The solar-reflective stain keeps surfaces cooler by preventing heat absorption, which may extend the installation's lifespan, according to the manufacturer.
